Refund policy

All Grounded Frequency products are made to order.

As each item is produced specifically for the customer, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or ordering errors.

If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Where a product is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, a replacement or refund may be offered at our discretion.
