Grounded Frequency products are made to order. Product images are provided for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly from the final item due to screen settings, manufacturing processes or product updates.

Orders

Grounded Frequency reserves the right to refuse, cancel or limit orders at its discretion, including orders suspected of fraud, misuse or unauthorised activity.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to change without notice.

Shipping

All products are made to order. Please allow up to 14 business days for production before dispatch.

Once dispatched, Australian shipping generally takes between 3 and 10 business days depending on location.

Shipping fees are displayed during checkout.

Returns and Refunds

As products are made to order, returns or refunds are not accepted for change of mind, incorrect size selection or ordering errors.
